Pandora has discontinued many items I liked. Sports charms only a few to choose from. I wanted soccer and it was discontinued.

The sales associate was friendly understood what I was looking for and gave me the options I asked for. She was knowledgeable and made it easier to decide.

My lady was so friendfly even though the mall was closing in 15 min. She helped me pick out a family heritage charm and earrings.

Every time I visit this Pandora store, I'm greeted with a smile by an associate. My wait time is usually less than 15 minutes, which gives me an opportunity to browse the store. The associates are very professional, personable, and attentive to my needs. My experience has been nothing but awesome.
