The sales associate Cheryl was nice but not knowledge of the prices also she charged me for a silver mother and daughter charm instead of rose gold even though there the same price

The ease of returning/exchanging my jewelry was easy. I tried to exchange an item at my local jewelry/Pandora affiliated store but was given the run around. I decided to drive the 35+ mins to the actual Pandora store and they did the exchanges and returns without giving me any problems.

All the sales associates are very friendly. They make you feel at ease. All the merchandise looks exquisite. Makes you want to buy more than you came in for.
