The sales associate Roah was very helpful, patient, & very professional. I was in line & didn't get in the store until 10 minutes before closing. Roah was so nice & attentive. She had such a pleasant attitude although the store was about to close she was extremely helpful & assured me to take my time as if she had all the time in the world. After selecting 6 charms upon checking out discovered that the charms I selected wasn't part of the sale. I only ended up purchasing 1 charm. I felt awful that Roah had taken up so much time/effort with me & didn't get a good sale commission. She continued with her awesome customer service & never treated me any different from when I first walked in the door. I hope you share this with her & her store manager because many businesses are void of the type of customer service and professionalism Roah possess. I'm a loyal Pandora customer and will definitely do my future purchases with her.

I was given a silver pandora bracelet for my birthday. My sales associate Loretta was very helpful. I indicated that I preferred gold and she showed me additional piwces. I ended up buying a bracelet and 3 charms I am well pleased
