The bracelet that I got two days ago, I was having issues unlocking and locking on my own. So I brought it back to be showed how to do it on my own. The sales rep pointed out that because of the kind of bracelet it was it’s difficult to open and close. Not only that it’s a little snug. So we whiched it out for a different one, I can open and close it on my own. Very Happy!! Great work!!!
