My daughter and I were shopping for a gift for her 16th birthday and the saleslady was extremely helpful and cheery. She explained about the different rings and gave us a catalog to look through when my daughter said she couldn't decide what she wanted. We returned the next day and purchased a beautiful ring from the same saleslady. I am very happy with the experience.

The exchange process was easy. The store is always clean, bright, and attractive. The associate helped me right away, no waiting.

The sales association provided assistance with purchasing a bracelet for my young daughter for Christmas.

I was highly satisfied for a number of reasons. One I wasn't sure what to purchase, it was a gift. The associate took out cases on top of cases showing me different charms. They offered me water and treats while I shopped. Very professional and quite helpful. I love that store I shop there often.
