I was greeted upon entering the store. An associate waited on me almost immediately. I told her what I was looking for and we found it in the tray quickly. I knew what I wanted. She wasn’t pushy. She was friendly.

I am a regular customer that has spent over $7000 in merchandise. Love the store, love the associates, love the merchandise. I have never been disapointed. Out of all the merchamdise I've bought over the past 6 years I only had one issue with my clasp falling off but Pandora politely sent me another one.

It was my first visit at the Pandora store , the sales lady Cheryl was very patient as well courteous, it wasn't crowed, my son has purchased multiple items for me and talked about how around holidays it could be long waiting lines.
