Very personable and the value and quality of product.

Went on a weeknight, and during my lunch break so I had to work fast. The employees had excellent customer service, provided me with options of one style when I asked (e.g. a rainbow charm, showed me the available rainbow charms on stock) and even with my indecisive behavior, they were all patient and helpful through it all.

The sales rep were very friendly and nice and she were very knowledgeable about the items that I was looking for. The store was clean, and they also gave the customer a bottle of water when we walked in the store, that's a first for me. Thanks Pandora!!!!!

The jewelry I purchased was beautiful. Sales lady helped me with my selection because I didn’t know what to choose. She took her time with me and my daughter and was very friendly, we love our new items!
