All the associates were very friendly and eager to help. They were very honest that the charm I was looking for would probably not be available for them to order anymore of. The sales associate suggested another retailer that might have the dated charm.

We were in and out of store withing 30 minutes. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the item I wanted to purchase and quickly located it. She checked me out right there and then.
