I was greeted by Tenita and she walked me through the whole Pandora experience. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and she very nice while assisting me. I had a great experience and her marketing techniques worked because I bought more then what I initially came in for, but It was a much needed purchase.

I went in the store and was waited on in less than 5 minutes. the sales associate we very friendly and knowledgeable, she even offered cold water. the store was very comfortable on this 90 degree day . my overall experience was pleasurable.

The representative had a high energy and knew the merchandise and basically asked questions so she could associate the merchandise with what I was looking for. Great Job

The individual attention received from the associate. I also like the process for entering the store (structure) for the shopping experience. This ensures no customer is overlooked and each is provided the same level customer service.
