I was highly satisfied due to the great efficient customer service I received. The rep was so patient and as a result, I purchased another bracelet. However, I'm very cautious of purchasing more due to my current bracelet of one year quality or lack of. The bracelet is very dull looking.

Our sales associate was very friendly & knowledgeable, had to wait 20 min but worth the wait.
