The sales associate was friendly and helpful. She also showed me a necklace and ring that matched the earrings that I was interested in. It was awesome that she was wearing it and it helped me visualize how it matched together.

I've only visited 1 other location in chicago ridge to do an exchange. The sales person wasnt to happy about an exchange oppose to a purchase but had she offered or suggested a product and been nicer just maybe I wouldve purchased something. Since she didnt offer I didn't look. So I always shop @Orland Pandora and I never have a problem!

I was highly satisfied because the salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and she explained to me about franchise stores, reason y my items werent found in the system. I also didnt know they have a outlet store in Rosemont. Will be visiting.
