Very nice associate

I forgot my sales associate name that helped me Friday morning. But i was well pleased. She understood my budget request and while we came a little over my budget, I really felt she really helped me and did not come off as trying to make a quota like most sales associates do. I presented the gift to my wife and she adored it. I really thank my associate because i had no idea what i was doing. I just know my wife was pleased. Thanks.

The sales person greeted me with a smile. She was very patient with me an answered all of my questions. She went over things that didn't happen during my last visit at another Pandora's.

Sales associate Tenita Tucker was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my purchase! I was offered a Pandora charge card interest free , I have been shopping pandora for years and never knew!

I truly enjoyed great customer service. I respect the fact that they have knowledge about their store and the products within the store. I like the fact that they make sure that you maximize your money within the store and that you are highly satisfied before checkout.

I was Highly Satisfied because I Love Pandora. I wish we had an Outlet Store here like they do in Tennessee.

While walking in we were immediately welcomed and were able to find what we were looking for with the help of a staff. Sue provided all the information about the merchandise, showed us the set and a cleaning set if we wanted to purchase. We were approved for credit line and were given the option of 6 months payment with no interest, or a 10 percent to open card or a pendant for free for purchasing over 120.00 worth of merchandise.
