Well I love your merchandise, I was very dissappointed that a ring I bought my daughter 2 years ago for $45 went up to $70. Unfortunately, the ring was stolen and for her confirmation I wanted to buy her another one. I just couldnt pay more for something that I paid less for 2 years ago. I did buy another ring but I am very disappointed in the huge increase in your prices just because the ring is very popular. That is not fair to the customers.

Tenita made my shopping experience great. She helped me make purchase decisions for my niece and gave me suggestions for a future purchase for my mom. She also reorganized my bracelet to make it more charming. She is an great representation for what customer service should look like.

When I walked into the store it was nice and bright it wasn't very busy, it was mid-morning I was greeted and asked if I needed any help the sales associate was very helpful with my selection.
