This was my very first visit to a Pandora store and my experience was amazing. Susan waited on me and she was beyond great......she took her time and allowed me to ask questions and try on so many things. She listened to me and truly made sure I was taken care of. I felt calm, no pressure and left the store very pleased with my purchase.

Nicole was very helpful when it came to me picking out the merchandise. I was offered water as soon as I came in the store, I felt like a valued customer because of that. Lastly the sales person wasn’t pushy she helped me with every selection.
