I LOVE EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS IN STOCK. FRIENDLY STAFF. CLEAN STORE

My sales person was GREAT! She was very nice and helped me to find what I wanted. However, I did notice another employee was very welcoming to others as they entered the store. She said nothing at all to me when I came in. She never asked for my name for the sign in sheet. She literally just gave me a look. She definitely was not friendly at all.

The service was fairly fast although it was busy. The salesperson was fairly friendly. I love the products

The sales associate was highly knowledgeable on the merchandise I was purchasing. She also gave me some good suggestions to add onto my pandora bracelet. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received.

The waiting time was not long even though it was a Saturday afternoon. The salesperson Laura was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for and even gave me some great ideas. I was buying a gift for my Comadre that day however since I personally have a bracelet (and not many charms) I would like to go back and shop for myself. I’m really looking forward to it!

The reason I was highly satisfied was simply because of the staff here. I bought something from this location just a week ago and I had to exchange it and the manager by the name of Rachel reached out to me and let me know my item would be held. I came in and exchanged it right away. Since cydney who was helping me with my exchange was so kind I decided to make another purchase. I told her what I thought I wanted and she made 2 fabulous recommendations and ultimately I purchased the items she recommended. She was super sweet, knowledable and personable. Key to this location is coming in early before the crowds. I was helped immediately upon entering the store. Cydney cleaned my jewelry and arranged my charms on my bracelet effortlessly. There was also another lady that came in and helped out (hate that I couldn’t read her name on her badge) however this experience was yet another great one in my Pandora book. This kind of customer service is the reason I keep coming back.
