The merchandise was easy to view and the associate was very friendly. However , the limited selection of gold items was very disappointing.

Waited on promptly. The salesperson knew exactly what charms I was describing. Salesperson was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because i had a very very nice lady helping me. It was really clean and very easy to look at what i wanted to look at. Everyone there was very happy and they gave us water which i highly appreciated!

Surprisingly the store was very crowded on a Sunday afternoon. The women were very organized and I was waited on quickly. I wish there were more rings available in larger sizes. I was exchanging a gift from my daughter. My sales women was very helpful and I made my choice with ease. I told the manager how good my sales women was.
