What I lk about Pandora is they customer service. When u walk into the store, u feel the warm service that everyone give you.

The sales associate Iwona J. was very helpful. She helped pick out the charms and help me put them onto the bracelet. She also made suggestions that really helped me out.

I was Highly Satisfied because when I stopped by Pandora on Monday, Iwona told me I could place everything I wanted on hold so that when I returned within the next couple of days it would be a smooth transaction.

Great customers service

The lady who helped us came over right away to help us as soon as I signed my name in the book. Even though the store was a bit packed she found us a place to stand and look at bracelets and charms and was very nice and polite and helpful with the whole process.
