The overall friendliness of the staff was amazing. I came in there looking for a safety chain for my bracelet because the clamp wasn't snapping good, it turned out to be a manufacturing defect and they exchanged the bracelet with no problem at all. I was very satisfied with the service and and how easy it was to exchange it. I will definitely be returning for more charms to add to my collection.

I went in to purchase a safety chain and received a new bracelet. The sales associate helped me select spacer and clips that I love. She showed me what the bracelet would look like with the additions but I chose different ones that I liked better.

The sales person was vey helpful. I came in to purchase a particular item and with the assistance of the sales person, purchased something different. I would never have selected the charms without the sales person’s assistance. Thank you so much!

I like the location of the store not to far from my home also I love the jewelry it's very reasonable.

I was very pleased with my visit . I was looking for an autism puzzle piece charm in particular, but it's unavailable. Hopefully Pandora will come out with a collection to support autism, like cancer.

I was able to purchase a wonderful gift set for my granddaughter at a great price (her birthday is a week apart from valentine's day), which was brought to my attention by my salesperson. Charm that was out of stock was ordered, that extra step was very much appreciated.
