My associate Cydney was friendly,polite, and very knowledgeable of the charms I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. She was so helpful in adding my charms to my bracelet and arranging them the way I wanted.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, because Rachel C my sales associate was amazing. I went into the store searching for a spacer for my bracelet. Rachel helped me choose the best look for my bracelet.

I came to the Orland store to,have my bracelet restyled I didn't like the service at the last store I visited. This location is the BEST...very friendly & always willing to make suggestions/recommendation on styling my bracelet.....it's like they know me...I always have the best experience at this location...it's my preferred store....
