The staff was friendly. Even though we waited in line, they brought out water for us. The wait wasn't too long either.

Shopping at the Pandora store in Orland Park, IL is always a pleasant experience. The manager is very friendly and cordial when I visit. I appreciate this because it means that she sees me as an individual rather than a customer.

Customer service was excellent. Store was neat and organized, easy to find what you were looking for.

I was highly satisfied once I was with an associate, but there was over an hour wait. Lots of after Christmas shoppers. Good for your store bad for those that had to wait.

The wonderful sale, my teenagers were able to afford 3 charms instead of two for my birthday gift. The wonderful selection. The sale rep was very patient with me and my children.
