Jeanine was my sales expert, not only was she efficient and courteous, she was VERY knowledgeable and patient with me during my visit. I am a new Pandora customer (just received my first bracelet as a gift from my coworkers), and Jeanine explained to me the variations of charms, she aligned all of the charms on my bracelet in such a way, that it looks very appealing to the eye. She was phenomenal!

I dropped my bravely off to be cleaned which is such a nice free service. I know I’m getting some new charms for Xmas and want it to be sparkly clean. This was an easy and enjoyable process.

Daniela was my sales associate and she was amazing. I had never been to Pandora before and I ordered my bracelet online and needed to exchange the size for a smaller size. She was extremely helpful and even gave me tips on how to take care of my bracelet. She was very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be returning because of her.

The merchandise is wonderful. The sales reps are patient and will clarify information if not sure. I was told the green radiant heart was not on sale but it was. I had to pull the item up on my cell phone to show the rep.
