THE ASSOCIATE , REEM, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND HAS MADE IT A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

This was my first time visiting a Pandora store and I was highly impressed with the great customer service we received from friendliness to knowledge of the merchandise.

Our need was met. the associate was friendly, warm and helpful. Understood what we wanted. the store was crowded, too. had to wait. otherwise everything perfect.

Pandora is always on my Christmas wishlist. Love their quality and style. I'm addicted to it!!! :-) :-)

I wanted to exchange 2 bracelets for a different size. This was accomplished so easily that I was amazed. I also purchased additional items and the entire process was effortless on my part.
