Very friendly staff

Long story short, I was looking for b-day for my wife, so I chose to add to her Pandora collection. I called the Orland square mall and was taken care of by Rachel, she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She put 4 items on hold for me to purchase later that evening. Thank you Rachel for putting those items on hold, now when I purchase the items later that day(Nov 7) I was taken care og by someone else, but she was just like Rachel. I wish I could remember her name, because she was awesome at the point of sale, bottom line Pandora is great and going forward I will continue to visit your stores, my wife and I love this store. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

Cheryl greeted me immediately. As soon as I told her what had happened and what I wanted, she knew the exact ring that I was talking about and brought it out to me. She allowed me to try it on, just in case and before I knew it, she was ready to check me out and make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I asked about the pricing of some earrings, but I didn't purchase them because I didn't have my receipt with the validation code from the last purchase just a few weeks ago. I spoke to Daniella, I was so happy to see her. She chatted a second and I promised to come back for the earrings, which I know I will.

I love the products and can always find a piece of jewelry that represents the message I am trying to make to the receipent receiving the gift. Pandora has never let me down or disappointed me.
