My salesperson was Iwona - she was professional and friendly, and exceptionally helpful in showing me options in charms honoring my Mother and Sister, and also informing me about the day's special. She even removed and reorganized all of my charms (previously purchased and new) and my bracelet looks better than ever!! Thank you Iwona!!

I initially went in to get my bracelet cleaned, but also knew I needed a safety chain. After inquiring about the safety chain, the sales associate told me about the earring or ring promotion with purchase of $100 or more. So I ended up buying a safety chain, along with a charm for my bracelet, and received a free pair of earrings.

Looking to create something special for my mom's birthday gift, Jeanne was very creative and put together a beautiful necklace! She exceeded my expectations on creativity!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the associate was extremely friendly. She made me laugh which made my first time experience great. She was very professional, and was very knowledgeable of the merchandise that she sold.

The customer services rep was really sweet and nice, my boyfriend brought me a bracelet from the downtown store which was defective and the rep at the Orland park store made it right and made sure i had stoppers on to get the bracelets in good shape which the rep from downtown did not.
