I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because it was my first time shopping there and I felt very welcoming. The associate was very patient and helped me find the perfect gift! She calmly kept it cool when I asked to look at 20 different charms and to get different bracelets to view. She also helped me acknowledge a little more about pandora in general!
