I corrected the associate on how to pronounce my name and she replied with "uhm hum". Also the selection of available charms at the location was not very good. Pandora used to have a lot of charms and beads to choose from. The selections are limited. I

Though the sales associate was great I like to be able to browse alone to think on things. Having the associate right there asking a lot of questions I couldn’t really think.

The engraving machine was off-center. The sales associate first thought I was go to accept that locket engraving. With several attempts it finally came out correct.

I took my bracelet in for a repair, the person helping said it would take 6 months to have my bracelet repaired or I could just replace the bracelet. I didn't understand why it would take so long. Because I didn't want to wait to be able to wear my bracelet for, I purchased a new one. This was not something I had planned for.
