There is always a long line to get in the store . Your prices are extremely high and if your item breaks after a certain time period you all wouldn’t fix or replace it .

They did not have the pandora club charm.

Long lines even at store opening is a nightmare. Not enough staff for holiday crowds. Line also moved slow despite customers being given a catalog in the line. Some customers took forever even after looking at the book for 20 minutes.
