The line was very long and slow moving. No one was actively monitoring the line so there were several instances of people trying to cut in. I believe that if a small visual catalog of items was handed out to people in line, the flow in the store would have been faster.

Told Sales staff that I was looking for something for granddaughter, pulled out 1 charm that said grandmother. I asked to see something else, responded “like what”. Would have been nice to see tray of items, like the other staff was doing.

When I arrived at the store I was standing in line another customer walked up and was told to sign in. No one told me I had to sign in. Then when I got in the store the sales person was talking to everyone but me I also felt rushed. I was told to stand on the walk and wait to be call to pay. There was someone at every at every register when first was waiting then everyone walked away to start helping the people who were picking items so I was just waiting then one lady finally came back to the register to check me out. I understand this is the holiday season but the service could have be better to make the experience better

The representative who helped me, Justin G., was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't like that the employees didn't look polished and that the store was dirty. When I started buying Pandora in 2015, every time I walked in a store it was super clean and it even seemed to sparkle in there. Lately the stores look a little run down, not just this one, I've seen it at other locations too. Also in my first experiences, the employees looked sharp in all black almost business casual attire. Yesterday a few of them looked like they rolled out of bed and threw something on.
