Did not pick up the phone when I called at different times of day.

Selection could be a bit better. They expanded Spiderman charms but not others, like Black Panther. I would also like to see a men's line.

Got waited on pretty quick. Was impressed with the merchandise. So definitely bought more items than I had in mind. Everybody was friendly.

My favorite sales associate was no there that day. But otherwise was satisfied with everything.

I lost my bracelet and I will return to buy a new one.

This was my first time in a Pandora store. There were ladies at the door who allowed us in. However, they failed to mentioned that there was a sign-in sheet. By the time we seen the sheet, 2 people AFTER us arrived and signed. They were serviced before us, although we were there before them. The ladies at the door should have directed us to the sign-in sheet and not assumed that we knew the routine of a check-in process.

I was greeted the very moment I walked in the store. The sales associate was very kind and knowledgeable and told me to be on the lookout for upcoming sales. That was a plus for me.

Sales person was rude and unaccommodating. She spoke with out knowledge. She was not what I'm accustomed to in the pandora experience.

I bought a charm for my bracelet I was wearing. We put the charm right on it, but the box for the charm and a bag would have been appreciated. now if I switch out charms I don’t have the box for it.
