I was initially turned off upon entering the store. Multiple employees were standing around, not one greeted me. They then walked to the back room. I stood inside the store waiting to be assisted for about 5 minutes until an employee decided to come from the back room. The store was NOT crowded as usual. There was only one other customer who was already being assisted as I walked in. I just expected more of a friendly and expedited service since there was multiple employees available. However, once I was finally serviced the sales associate was nice and my transaction was fast.

I purchased a Sparkling Cute Chick charm with blue eyes that has a purchase price of $50. I was charged $70 for this charm. I did not notice the price difference until I looked at the receipt after arriving home. I will be returning to the store to have the price adjustment. The item number on the receipt does not match the item number listed on the website, which means that I was charged for a different item.The associate was very friendly so no unkind words. Mistakes happen.

There's always room for improvement everywhere. The wait to get in the store was too long but keeping people safe from COVID is great.
