I originally ordered my bracelet online. They sent me the wrong size. I went to the Orland Park Pandora store to just exchange it. They switched it out and I had no problems with my visit there.

I had to wait in line to enter the store over 20min. There were only 2 employees working in the store assisting customers at the time I was there, yet there were more employees working. I was looking for charms for my relaxions bracelet and it was a bit discouraging to find out that Pandora makes minimal charms for the relaxions bracelet.

the wait before being allowed in the store was a bit long. the store needed to have more associates available, to accommodate the customers.
