I came in to have my bracelet cleaned and repaired. I was told due to it being rose gold there is a possibility that it can’t be fixed. I was further told if they can’t fix it…. I just have a bracelet that can’t be repaired. Mom one mentioned to me when purchasing rose gold that this would be a issue that I may experience if I needed to have it repaired. Then I was told ther me was currently a 12 week turn around for repairs… All this business and you have to have your items held that long. I just think with all the business they get… The service, quality of the jewelry, and the process could be done better.

I am a member of Pandora, I do not have the credit card. I received the invitation for the free bracelet promotion, I had to apply in store knowing that I would not be approved. My Sister ordered hers online and was able to get her free bracelets without having to run her credit, she does not have the credit card either. I have now applied twice and have spent a great deal of money with you all, not too fair I can’t receive a credit card.

I just wasn't, I feel it would have been more helpful if associate would have asked was there a very special day, person, pet that you would like to appreciate with a charm, bracelet or ring. What colors do you like? What are you into you would like other to see and celebrate on a ring, bracelet or necklace. Really get involved with customer.

The sales agent did not ask if you have any coupons. I went to purchase a birthday charm and I purchased 3 charms. My coupon expires the end of September. I did not think about the coupon. I was tired of waiting in line outside the store. They only had 3 customers in at a time. There was a lot of staff in the back room. One wore a pink Pandora Jacket.

I did appreciate the social distancing while waiting for a sales associate. The sales associate was knowledgeable about how to put my bracelet together and also very helpful about cleaning my other bracelets
