Basic overall was great but the only issue is there wasn’t anyone standing at door to let customers know information about the wait and having to wait in line for about 30-45min is horrible. I almost walked away due to wait. The only reason I waited is because I had to get a gift.

I do undrstand due to covid the limited amount of customers allowed in the store, but each time i visit this store there is always a long wait. That ruins the experience.

I did not like that I was asked to wait outside the store, in a line, for an associate to call me. This is such a bad system.
