The wait time to get in the store. There is enough room to have more customers in the store at one time. Need more inventory.

The wait time to get into the store was unacceptable. Standing outside and looking in, it appeared there were enough associates there to move the line, but at one time there was no more than two - three on the floor.

The line outside was not well monitored.. they allowed people to go in front of others when returning and exchanging which was not fair .. not enough staff to assist customers.

Service is too slow. Everything is opening up customers should be able to come in and view merchandise before talking to sales associate. So many ppl walk off because of how long it’s takes to even get in the store

There is always a long line to enter the store, the wait time can be as long as an hour, you would think that, more staff would be hired to handle the demand.
