When I got to the store only an hour after opening there was a line with 12 people in front of me. They were only letting one person in at a time. Thought they should let at least 3, two to browse and another being helped. They fill every seat on a plane now. Thiught one at a time was overboard

I was satisfied with the service call. I ordered online and the associate called me the following day. My purchase was mailed out to me and l haven’t received it yet

The line to get into the store was extremely long and I waited at least an hour

There were not much of a selection. Many of the new item were combined with the old ones and sold as a pair for a more expensive mark up. The long lines was not worth the wait.

line was way too long and they made me get out of line by telling me to sign in and come back when i got a text from them but it just made me wait even longer

I had to arrive at the store an hour prior to opening to stand in line and still wait additional half hour to enter. There needs to be a reservation system or something.

The way the set up is for customers to purchase and how we have to wait is a little overwhelming

It was me that couldn't decide what I want wanted after waiting an hour to get into the store and unless you look through a magazine before you arrive the choices are overwhelming. I went in to buy three rose gold charms and came out with one gold slider charm at my budget. The sales associate was awesome.
