I had an overall pleasant experience at this store. My only problem is the waiting in line to get into the store, waiting in line to pay.

The wait was Very long to be able to enter the store. Better customer service would be to have someone available to answer questions and direct people at the door. Also it was not understood if a customer could go to the "kiosk" which is located outside of the store. In addition there was only one person ringing up customers.

The checkout system could be better. While waiting to check out a gentleman had questions about his purchase which held up the line.

My only problem was I spent over a $1000 and the store was out of the free bangles and I didn’t find this out until after an hour of standing in line and a little note was posted in front of the store.

The only reason I can speak on is better prices cause I've been 2 the pandora store n Champaign n the charms r $10 to $20 dollars cheaper so I will still shop but I have 2 travel a great distance 2 get there

If I give highly Satisfied that leaves no Room for improvement

The better items are a little too high in price!!

It was a bit of a wait standing in line to get in store to make a purchase.

It was to small the bracelet! I wan go to store change the bracelet big size

Because I wasn’t greeted one I stepped to the doorway. There wasn’t a greeter at the door. I was standing in the door way for over 20 mins then I yelled inside to asks can I come in the whole time it was a young lady look at me and never said someone will be with you. And all the works start going to the back and it was a line of ppl still waiting to get into the store. Poor customer service.
