Based on the postcard I received in the mail for the Valentines Day special, I visited the store, but could not get the special set as advertised. Therefore I had to make up a set at a higher price.

My first time EVER in the store and I felt rushed.

I was not highly satisfied due to the length of the line. Some of the sales reps took too much time between a customer leaving out and asking for the next costumer.

I submitted the online form to have an order for curbside pickup but my order was not confirmed nor completed by the store, so I had to go in store to purchase my items

I notice their was a limited amount of dark blue colored charms. Furthermore, I think the store shoud display more colorful charms.

I think the associate could have listened more. I was looking for a certain necklace and the associate said you didn’t have it, but you all did have it. I wanted to see some charms, and she failed to do that.
