My salesperson was very knowledgeable about my bracelet she demonstrated on my bracelet what would work better with the colors that I already had. She introduced to me a change that would prevent my charms from falling off. She was pleasant and friendly.

Get to the point and listen to customer when they ask for a specific thing instead of showing them other things i'm not interested in!

I’m satisfied with Pandora because they are alway friendly and clean. I do not have to wait long at all. They seem to always have what I want in the store. I shop online sometimes but I love goin in the store to look at my items that I want.
