First time visiting Pandora in person and I was nervous, I don't like shopping for me; I wanted to use my birthday present. I was so blessed to be assisted by Iwona who was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, pleasant and made my experience very enjoyable. I am most grateful.

Narcy provided excellent customer service during my visit! I informed her that my pandora bracelet clamp was defective. She immediately got to work to figure out the best solution to my problem. Also, I was able to purchase additional charms for my summer bracelet. I will make sure to come back and visit Narcy! Thanks again!
