The Sales Associate Therese in the Orland Mall location was very sweet and helpful. I was undecided about which charms to purchase and she was patient with me. She helped me organize my charms which helped me to choose. She also encouraged me to purchase a safety chain to prevent me from loosing my bracelet. I had a wonderful experience!

Customer service is the provision of service to customers. Customers should always be treated as if they would like to be treated. Everyone in this particular business does not have the ability to do so. Of the many times that I have visited Pandora, I have always been treated like a friend, very respectful and I felt honored like they really wanted my service and for me to be happy with the purchases. The associates are more friendly than any that I have encountered.
