Several associates on staff to care for the amount of clientele in the store. Essence at the Orland Square mall store was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I walked into the store to purchase one charm for my friend's 50th birthday present and walked out with three for her.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained his answers very well for me to understand. I absolutely love his energy and he was able to hold a conversation with me throughout the process of my purchase. Wonderful customer service!

Although the store was crowded, there were enough associates on staff so my wait time was very short. The associate assisting me was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and make excellent recommendations. I was able to complete my purchase to my satisfaction and within my budget.
