I’ve been a value customer for some years now. I have visited this location when I decided to make my first purchase. I have always been highly satisfied with the customers service at the locations an will recommend anyone I know to go.

The sales associate was really nice and helpful

The store wasn’t crowed which is a huge plus due to COVID at the moment. Everyone is friendly. I was very satisfied with my ring.

I was taken care of immediately and the items I came in for were available. Even the charm I wasn't quite sure of the associate was able to let me know when it would be available if I decided tp get it. She also suggested a pre-order for the item.

Initially the first salesperson told me my charm was no longer covered to be repaired or replaced. Then Kermilia came and corrected her. They didn't have the charm in the store but Kermilia offered several options and I chose a different charm and paid the difference. A happy customer.
