I have an issue with the wait times. I feel like you lose sales this way. By the time an associate allowed me to enter the store, my momentum for shopping was down. At this point, I wanted to make my selections quickly and make my exit. If I had to recommend it to a friend, maybe online but in-person is much better. I literally had one person in line, ahead of me, and I still waited 45 minutes. I already had a general idea of what I wanted, since I was coming to make an exchange for other items in mind but I really didn't want to stick around for more. Ridiculous wait times - not worth the wait.

When I went into the store they had everything I was looking for and more. I wanted to buy everything I seen. But I ended up spending over three hundred and sixty dollars I’m going back today I forgot a couple of items.

Olivia W. Is the reason I was highly satisfied. This is the 3rd time Olivia has personally assisted me and always by chance. I feel like now moving forward I will ask to be assisted personally by her. The wait time to get in the store was the most painful but what I found interesting was when it was my turn to enter the store there were 2 available associates that had freed up BEFORE Olivia and I didn’t called until OLIVIA called for me as soon as her previous customers walked out. She is getting the work done and actually serving the customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s one if the top sellers of this location. I said this before in my survey and I will say it again. Olivia is the epitome of “customer service” and what you want your staff to mirror. She has the memory of a elephant which I love when someone can remember our last interaction together even seeing as she sees tons of customers a day. She’s very knowledgeable of the products that Pandora offers. She gives great suggestions which is a very important quality of a salesperson. She’s also relatable. I purchase rings BECAUSE of her. I just love her!
