I was highly satisfied because for one my wait wasn't very long. Second my selection was plentiful. And third my sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable of the things I asked about.

Amanda was very knowledgeable about the merchandise in store, showed me a variety of bracelets, charms, and other items. She kept bringing out trays until found exactly what really appealed to me. She was was very patient and wanted me to be satisfied, and I was.

The customer service was great. There was a great variety of items in store that I couldn’t get on line. I mentioned I wanted a necklace and the young lady presented me 3 options and let me try them on

My experience was better than expected. I was undecided and the sales rep was patient, very personable, and a good listener. The store environment was inviting along with the welcoming and friendly employees. I was presented with many options and there was never any pressure.

I always wanted a Pandora piece, and so I order an on-line but I was not really satisfied with it, and so, I went to the store. I was so grateful for the ease of the exchange, and to my surprise I received money back, and so I purchased a bracelet also.
