First the wait wasn't as long as I taught it will be, but once we got inside the store the sales lady Kermilia,focus was on what I wanted ,and that was special.

Olivia at the Orland Park location was extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable! In a week we visited Pandora 3 times and all 3 visits Olivia was always very welcoming! We will definitely be back to this location! Totally in love with Pandora! :)

Although I had to wait in line to enter the store, the wait went quickly. Once inside I had the full attention of Mary M., the associate. I was looking for a daughter-in-law charm, but eventually purchased a gift certificate. She was very patient. I did use my birthday coupon to purchase a bracelet and charm for myself!

They had everything I wanted. The line was long , but didn’t take long at all. The process was pretty fast for the holidays

I was highly satisfied because, my sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable on helping me choose the charms for myself and gifts I needed.

DANIELA SALES REP WAS VERY PERSONABLE KNOWELABLE AND MOST OF ALL SHE TOOK A LOT OF TIME WITH ME AND DID NOT RUSH ME VERY PATIENT. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE SHE DEMONSTRATED THE JEWELRY NICELY ON HOW TO WEAR IT. I CAME BACK TWICE AND BROUGHT MY SISTER AND SHE PURCHASED A BRACELET. I WAS VERY EXCITED ABOUT MY JEWELRY. DANIELA IS A GREAT ASSET TO PANDORA.
