The store manager was nice, she passed out waters while we were in line which was my friend and I. The line was long but we got in pretty fast. The service was excellent, the sale person was perfect. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with a smile. Thanks Pandora. For doing a wonderful job!

Although there was a line, the wait time was not extensive. My sales associate, Tierra, was nice and attentive. The check was smooth with Daniela, she was polite and professional.

Theresa was very very helpful. She helped me pick the perfect pieces for my bracelet and took the time to put it together nicely for me. She took my bracelet apart multiple times to put it back together the way we liked. She had great ideas and was very patient with me. She listened to my story about my grandson and made my bracelet dedicated to him that much more special. I will NEVER forget this memorable experience. Thank you so much Theresa.

My shopping experience was awesome! Daniela G. Was super patient with me and my daughter and helped me out he’s the charms I needed and more. She even let my daughter try on a bracelet and gave her a booklet so if she gets good grades we can go back to Pandora hopefully see Daniela so she can pick out her first charms!! :)
