Once my friend and I entered the store everyone greeted us. There was a great selection of rings, the associate was very knowledgeable, and store is clean!! Will definitely recommend the Orland Park location

Last time I was at this location I had a horrible experience. I was at the mall and decided to go in and give it another chance. I didn’t regret it! The sales associate was so nice and she got me what I wanted and was fast! Answered my questions and gave me great customer service!

My sales lady was great very nice and was very informed about what I was looking for and very understanding of what I needed to do and she also let me know that I should always store my jewelry in the little white bag always. The store was following Covid-19 Protocols for their employees and guest. The store was clean and the lighting was perfect for viewing the merchandise. The sales associate was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products She offered several suggestions during our visit. I did not fill rushed when making my selections. The store had a wide selection of products to choose from and the products looked the same as the ones advertised online. My niece loved her gift!
