I was highly satisfied with my visit because my sales associate was very friendly, inquired on my reason for coming into the store. She immediately began showing me the different bracelets I could select from. She was very patience with me as I tried to make a decision.

I was highly satisfied because for one, the wait wasn't too bad. They offered me water while I waited. And they had a great promotion which was worth it for me.

I had a bad experience during the Mother’s Day holiday. I tried to order online some items with a promotion offer. When one spend $125 you would get a free bracelet. Somehow the order never got place online. I ended up call Pandora’ s Corporate office. I then received a call from the mgr., who then put me on the text msg group. That’s how I found out and the current sale. I came into the store and my experience went flawlessly!! I even had an item ship to my girlfriend. Hopefully that goes well too.

Starting with the Assistant Manager, explaining the promotion in detail and offered water. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and anything mentioned a tray came out. Yes I came for one item specifically and left with 14 items and the promotional bracelets. Awesome sales skills.

I was the second person in line when I arrived. An associate came out and gave us water and a QR scan to select what we wanted. Unfortunately, I was called before I could scan. The associate I was assigned to helped a great deal.
