Even though I had to wait my turn outside the store, having a greeter and handing out bottles of water made the time go fast. Once in the store the personal service was excellent. The suggested charms and bracelets selections were perfect.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the associate was engaging and provided great suggestions. I was not happy that out of all the years of being a customer, she was the only one to bring to my attention that my bracelets were two sizes too big. She provided suggestions of sizing down and let me know that is why several charms became damaged. Alot of my precious.meaningful charms were damaged and it could have been avoided had I been informed of proper sizing in the past.
