The associate was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Amanda helped with showing me a variety of options in helping find the right charm for Mother's day for my mom. She also assisted me in finding the right clip for my bracelet.

I don’t remember the associate who helped me name but he was amazing! He had great knowledge on the products you guys have. He also reminded us to get a clean wipe for our bracelets to keep them clean. And customer service skills was just all around amazing and we even let him know that after we checked out. Just amazing and thanks for the help! I will definitely be back soon!

She made me feel comfortable even though I was indecisive she was very patient and helped me decide on the perfect charm I was able to engrave with my sons name and birthdate. Great customer service

I was able to get a free cleaning. I found beautiful charms for lower price point than I originally thought. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sales associates made you feel welcome. The merchandise was all available. Everything was nice & shiny clean. We were happy we were able to purchase everything we intended.
